Zelensky confirmed that Umerov and Gen. Hnatov are en route to Europe from the U.S., where they’ve been engaged in backchannel peace talks. He expects a full briefing, especially on what the Americans conveyed from their Moscow contacts and which negotiation points the U.S. is now willing to adjust.

I don’t care if the deal isn’t approved on antitrust grounds. Media company consolidation is a crime inflicted on America just like Citizen’s United.
