As we come back to the Creature Compendium Yarn club after a year's pause. It's been nice to look back at the creatures and colourways of the compendium, 48 entries worth!

From the Mythological Peryton to the blanket (yep this is the blanket reveal from Day 20 of the Advent)

For various reasons day 22 Advent didn't make it out of the scheduler, booooo.

So we're combining Day 22 and 23 of the TVY Advent.

Every order between now at the end of 2025, will include a small set of stitchmarkers, suitable for knitting or crochet. (day 22)

What could it be? It's certainly mosaic and colourful....

Any Idea what it could be?

Also can you believe that the Mystery colour of the year vote was a draw!

So I guess i'll just have to offer palette 1 and 3...

Pantone smantone, we're not caping for Cloud Dancer supremacy here 😒. Literally everywhere else chose a colour, as opposed to the absence of it, no hue, no saturation. Anyway for Day 10 TVY Advent, I was always planning on bringing back Mystery Studies. Where I post some colour palettes 1/

Whilst we'll be changing up the dyeing style the colours will connect to each other, hopefully making it easy to combine them in projects big or small!

12 skeins are laid out on the diagonal, the yarns are split into 2 different styles of dyeing with the first 6 incorporating lots of colours and speckles and the 6 further away starting as semisolids and incorporating speckles. on a grey chair are 12 skeins of yarn stacked on top of each other 2 skeins high. The colours flow from a soft silver and multicolours into blues, greens and then warmers browns reds and golds. 6 mini skeins in variegated colours going from bright green and orange into softer peaches and blues before heading in yellow and oranges and red pinks. 6 mini skeins in variegated colours going from red pinks through to purple blues and greens.
