Siskin from my garden hide today.
I think it's a young male just getting his black cap.
many of the insect eating bird have left the feeders, time to reduce the amount of food I put out.

The resident male Sparrowhawk, he normally pops here at 1.30pm to check the feeders for any bird not wise enough to hide.
He does strike some nice poses for me :)

Polecat (Mustela putorius)

I have had Polecats in the past, they will live in an old Rabbit Warren for a while, they help keep the rats down to a reasonable number.

We had fog right up until 3pm today.
I went for a walk to Corby Castle Wood to do some ICM's (or as my husband calls it joggling up and down) stuff.
