Anyway, S1E3 17:48 I love how peaceful Viktor becomes in the windy chaos of the unstable crystal. He seems buoyed by a rock-steady inner faith, his uncertainties falling away. Fitting, as when the people of the Undercity cried out for salvation, their goddess brought the wind.

Viktor is so curious, gentle, and caring when he's trying to heal Vander, and it makes my heart ache. This is who he is at his core. I see these images, and I hear, "Scientists seek discoveries. Ways to make the world a better place." And CL thinks this feels wrong, because it's not REAL?

Viktor looking healthy in the HZ didn't feel "wrong" to me. It felt like a beautiful mirror of the experiences of so many people with progressive illness. Heck, of anyone who's AGED. Mental images of ourselves are often so much more young and vibrant than our actual physical forms.

I know she's a government official, but it still makes me happy that Jayce unquestioningly thinks of Mel as representing Piltover. Zero hesitations about her loyalty despite her Noxian upbringing. I wonder if his trust helped sway her decision.
