I know it wasn't a coding "error." It was definitely on purpose!
I was awkwardly trying to point out that it should be easy to put it back. ...unless there's no such thing as a backup copy of the original, or unless you can't cut&paste code. (I'm not a coder, but that seems unlikely.)

I don't believe there is a 'coding error' that suddenly removed the specific text covering tariffs, habeas corpus, and emoluments. (kinda pertinent these days). Someone needs to track down and identify the responsible party, and disclose why they were editing it in the first place. Insanity.
