According to the International Potato Center they are high in beta carotene which supports the absorption of Vitamin A. Also antioxidants. Technically they are a storage root and not a tuber/potato, despite the name. TMYK

My last chiropractor asked where I bought my health insurance. When I said Obama Care, he said, “I can’t abide by that system.” He bought into a Christian group insurance group and felt it was inadequate. FFWD a couple of months he asked for the website. He was thrilled by price and coverage.

I agree and support this. Can you add that once we are successful, we will stand up to the arrogant mofos who sideline women, POC and otherwise nice people who want to play in the science sandbox?

Interestingly enough, I occasionally teach a journalism course and many of the students want to be sports reporters. Some of the most knowledgeable and technically skilled students are the women. It’s great to read their work without the veneer of the manosphere.
