If you know an educator in a high poverty school and you can afford to help please do. Add an extra box of snacks to your Costco or grocery store run and give it to them. They will make sure it gets put to good use. Many teachers provide snacks out of their own money. Let's help out.

Very nice. I'll have to try it. I used a @kingarthurbaking.bsky.social oatmeal sandwich loaf recipe and turned them into 85 g rolls and baked at 20 min. The recipe came out of a book but it should work with most sandwich bread recipes.
