My brother is watching hockey and texting me about it. Is this a thing now? Are we going to be a hockey family now?

My therapist is gold. She’s empathetic, she’s willing to call me out on stuff, and most importantly, she said my fixation with chicken nuggets is totally fine. Will keep her forever.

The nice thing about getting tested for ADHD is now I can use the diagnosis for why I am who I am. It’s no longer just vibes based. I’ve got a report to back me up.

There are two ways to get me to binge a show. 1) Show up to my house and make me watch an episode. 2) Assign me a character to be for Halloween.

I absolutely inhaled a banger of a book and I’ve been chewing on it for three days. I almost wish I could read it again for the first time and savor it more.

We shouldn’t be thanking politicians for showing up to vigils. We should be calling them to action. Do something so we don’t need vigils. Every person there should feel that in their bones. Get angry. Get to work.

Today was my nieces first day of school and I’m so so happy that I sent her flowers.

Sending love to my friends who gave birth in 2020 during covid, who are sending their kids to the first week of school, and who are juggling the senseless horrors of a school shooting.
