I like Odd Lots a lot but the endless parade of investors and VC types they have on talking about how transformative LLMs are makes me much more anti-AI then I already was as a natural contrarian

I feel like I had these arguments with Will like in 2018 but then everybody said he was an urbanist yimby. Guess he was just laying dormant.

the point is while I'm sure quite a few, maybe even a majority, refer car + space we're not really sure on the proportion when no viable other option is available
