So are we supposed to call our D Senators and ask them not to support the bill at all or only vote for it if the CR abides by Congress’ funding laws? Would you be able to put together a script for us laypeople to use as a guide?

I think it was rumor. WH is denying it is true. Maybe they were going to but backed out. I seriously don’t know what way is up anymore. Everything is terrible.
