Just checked, he could* become PM again. Needs a seat in the HoC and then nomination in a leadership contest, then a party member vote for leader. So it could happen. 😬 Lord help us.

I thought he got banned from Westminster? He would have to be an MP before leading the Tories. I can't see it myself, but hey, worse has happened.
