It took me a long time to realize I’m aroace and tbh at 29 I’m still not 100% sure. I kept flip flopping between gay, bi, pan, demi, pretty much every other label until I finally realized I think I’m just aroace. Having platonic representation in spn really helped me process it.

As an aroace the focus on platonic relationships and platonic soulmates is why I fell in love with Supernatural. I have yet to find a show that does it better than Supernatural.
