Loved this tree shadow on the old city walls right at the end of the day. Lucky to be walking past at just the right time.

and while we're at it - "does anyone have experience with..." does not mean "does anyone not have experience with, but fancies having a guess which shows, as clear as day, they don't have the first idea what they are talking about..."

FFS when will I learn that asking advice anywhere you don't know people will just lead to an interaction with someone who either hasn't read the question or doesn't know the answer but will share their 'wisdom' anyway.

And it's always a man.

I don't know what the film is like, but I really love the NIN Tron soundtrack.

Particularly love the way they've nodded to Wendy Carlos.

Planetary Assault Systems were great at Machina Bristonica this evening, but if anyone watched without earplugs in, I don't know how their hearing survived.

Speaking as someone who WAS wearing earplugs, my ears are wringing.

Looks like a Bandcamp Friday gribbles release is on the cards...

3 tracks of chilled, laid back Lincolnshire dialect melancholia with an additional *slightly* more upbeat live in the studio improv.
EP cover for "As Then, So Now..." by gribbles

Predominantly black and white except for gribbles name in yellow at the top.

There's a cloud washed grey/black background over which can just be seen a faded photo of an old farming scene. A farm labourer harvesting by hand with a scythe.

This is going to be some concert. Playing alongside @flcartographer.bsky.social & @sulkrooms.bsky.social at the Capstone in Liverpool on Saturday 25th April. We'll each do a solo set followed by a 3 way jam which should be great fun.
