If it's now going to be Gulf of America, I guess New Mexico and New England will need to be New America. New Hampshire, New York, Cambridge and Portsmouth are named places in England. There is a Paris in Texas, Kentucky, Idaho and a few other states. This going to be good time to be a cartographer.

Some people with personality disorders, including our president, enjoy annoying folks, getting under their skin, by saying cruel and provocative things. For them it is fun and they only experience empathy when they deduce it will serve them. If you don't respond to his petty insults he loses.
