Those catastrophic pump failures leave particles everywhere...the engineers are great and will get it working again...I hope it works like new after fix...but in my experience they never quite return to the performance before.

Great..I am happy you have customers that give you good samples with replicates. IMO...TMT is expensive, time consuming, suppresses data, and lacks the depth of proteins of interest. Not to mention it tends to raise our system pressure by clogging columns.
