Optical #nanoscopy without “ON/OFF” – Stefan Hell, @thomas-hensel.bsky.social, and co-workers have increased the resolution in fluorescence #microscopy 🔬 by a factor of 30 without having to sequentially switch fluorescent molecules between light & dark states. ⬇️
