I was so surprised that my mom was into it as a Kansan. She certainly isn’t always in agreement with me but she’s at least an establishment democrat that will occasionally admit they don’t go far enough.

This is what he does. He finds a populist issue, takes a left of center on an aspect of it and gets loud, but never helps reconcile how to achieve it. He’s just talking, he will never help a Missourian, let alone an American.

Certainly follow your point and agree that cars don’t need to be structurally considered when building in transit rich areas, but I also would use a garage as an art studio, not for a car or two cars.
