As I understand it, only absentee ballots from four counties are being contested (Buncombe, Forsyth, Guilford and Durham) even though they were treated exactly like those from every other county. Mine is one of them.

After more than 5.5 million votes were cast & recounted not once but twice, he remains the loser by 784 votes.

So he is contesting thousands of ballots to the NC Supreme Court. He makes no claims of malfeasance but apparently thinks canceling absentee votes would give him the election

In North Carolina a sore loser representing a party that appears to no longer have any interest in truth, Republican candidate for the North Carolina Supreme Court Jefferson Griffin wants to win at the cost of cancelling my vote.
