"Dead Outlaw" has canceled Monday's appearance at the Library of Congress following the firing of Carla Hayden. Tony-nominated stars Andrew Durand and Julia Knitel were set to perform, and they were going to be joined by creators David Yazbek, Erik Della Penna and Itamar Moses for a Q&A.
