I still need clarity on the "all recurring donations go directly to athletes" thing. Is that because we are below $750k right now? If we have $2M/year in recurring donations, is $2M going to athletes or does it fall into the "split" arrangement above $750k? JC was definitely a little too softbally.

Mostly, I left with the sense an agreement like this might make sense, but OSU got completely hoodwinked. I understand the base fee; but yeah, raise $750k and then every $ after that, maybe a 70/30 split at most? The way BP snorkels up so much between $750k and $1.15M is insane. And 50% after that!

Yeah listening to the interview yesterday with Blaylock... mixed thoughts.

He was clearly trying to sell the agreement and almost seemed like a salesperson for Blueprint... which I understand, that agreement is under attack, but a little less MLM "it's really great" energy would have helped.
