When you have a private health care system, you have at the end a system that's support people with sufficient funds vs people with no money and no health care. It is a dilemma. You have to find a middle way.

Eine Selbständigkeit aufzubauen ist für alle schwierig. Die Sozialsysteme sind nicht dafür gemacht. Man muss ins Risiko gehen.
