In places like HK, regions with LRT / tram lines often got a parallel subway service.

The subway came decades after the LRT / tram, they can serve an almost identical route, or only overlap the big stops.

People understand they serve different purposes, & can choose whichever fits their needs.

For important places like the hospital, you can just saturate the surrounding block with transit

This hospital in NW HK has 2 light rail routes, multiple bus stops for local & inter-urban-center needs, & a subway(ish rail) station within walking distance

The form for frequent networks isn't right, only accepts timestamps for "what area aren't covered"
