As a manager I firmly believe that if I need someone physically in an office so I can supervise them directly then the only supervision I should provide is ensuring company property doesn’t go into the box of personal effects on their way to the EI office.

I did contact 3 universities and they all had a variation on “you literally have an undergrad and professional masters in the field…why don’t you just do a ThM or PhD/DTh…or EdD…or literally anything else?”
