Not giving the regime any credit...for anything good. The problem isn't that a majority want autocracy....there's just too many people who think it doesn't matter, or that don't have the will to resist it.

Showing up on election day would be a good start. Many millions can't be bothered.

Attend peaceful rallies, general strikes and boycotts, making our voices heard to our elected officials AND the media, donate to candidates and organizations that are resisting....SOMETHING other than nothing.

Yes, I'm not at all confident there will be a midterm election in 2026...if we do nothing. My biggest problem with Dem leadership is that not enough of them are fighting hard enough...and their messaging still sucks (with exceptions).

It seems the SCOTUS is about to rule that Christians have a 1st Amendment (?) right to torture gay kids into denying their true nature.

I'm not sure about that particular tactic right now, to be honest. At some point things become performative and expected, and lose their impact. But should that SOB be impeached and held accountable at some point when Dems have actual power....hell yes!
