He is probably has the exact personality traits that define a good ICE officer. Your condemnation means nothing to them. His fellow officers are celebrating "a good kill ", as are a large portions of the 2A supporting civilian population. These psychopaths live among us, maybe within our families.

My experience, speaking with friends who are ex law enforcement, is that they are taught and encouraged to be demeaning, sadistic and cruel. If potential recruits do not exhibit these behaviors, they may be washed out of the academy. Of course he has taken his trophy pics and is proud of himself.
