Advancement *should* imply greater precision and control which would suggest a character is able to cast any level of heightening that they have ever been capable of. I understand rules as written, but sometimes RAW are myopic.

My main concern would be a situation where one might be forced to use your pans over a fire. The non-stick pans can very likely poison you if used over a fire.

I really like Pf's zeroing in on Alchemy being entirely a non-magical practice. You can achieve such magical results with it! Plus there being a whole class for alchemists.

I'm convinced the majority of those who homeschool do so just to pass on their bigotry and -isms. I would support a requirement of homeschooling parents to have teaching degrees to ensure their children aren't being schoolastically neglected.
