This is still my dog. She still (sometimes, was never all the time) jumps up on my lap for extra cuddles.

Maslow's hierarchy of needs applies to us too. Safe space comes further up the scale.

Does he remind you of anyone?

Here's a clue:

I wouldn't be quite so certain that there's no Celt in you.

At the height of Celtic expansion, about 275 BC, they were quite far east www.theirishroadtrip.com/wp-content/u...

I saw this on Quora, and wanted to share it:

Rescue dog.

I mean, clearly, she rescues me (frequently), but the idea a human being abandoned this... Humans suck.

Just wait till they try your toes.

(spoiler: No, don't)

You sure you wouldn't prefer Baileys-infused thick cream?

I don't think I qualify as cool, but seeing you replying to people I've blocked in a way that tells me you're disagreeing with them is encouraging that I might at least be on the same side as the cool kids!
My loving dog Talia attached, keeping me company as I work.

I hope you'll forgive my self-indulgence, but maybe this will also make you squee.

In the interests of balance (we have cats as well), here's my rescue dog, Talia. (She rescues me, of course, at least as much as any other interpretation).
