Still need to do a demo (to tie into our new game) and want to update the game the next couple of years -maybe port it somewhere sometime.
Also: We had a Indie Licence (the one for 400/year or so) and that does not exist anymore - the game would have show the unity logo in the next update. 😅

Finished porting Mini Mini Golf Golf from Unity 2022 to Unity 6 (and fixing some gameplay roughness in the process).

happy this is done now, but oh boy I hope I don't have to do this again in the next couple years...

We really wanted it to run well on the deck during development, but had some difficulty with cloud saves (on release).
Our game uses a lot of video, and video is also a bit of a pain on different platforms in unity.
For the verification process itself - It just happened. We didn't click anything. 🤗

No support cross-platform cloud saving when switchin between Windows and Linux, I'm afraid. But it seems Steam runs the proton build (Windows version) of the game by default on the deck?
This is good to know for our future projects - making a Linux build becomes less feasible though, sadly...
