We are looking forward to singing for St Petrocs on 5th December. Our set will include the St Day Carol, one of Cornwall's own carols, in John Rutter's lovely arrangement of it. Do come and support this event if you are free.

Most choirs are gearing up to Welcome Yule but it’s not our turn for Messiah this year so tonight we’re welcoming St Mark’s Passion! We gave the first performance in Truro in 2015 and look forward to singing it again for Passiontide next year. But we still have plans for carols before Christmas…

Francesca to the rescue! Sadly our soprano for tomorrow is unwell: Francesca Chiejina has stepped in to sing Brahms' Requiem with us instead. She has an AMAZING biography but this looks like Cornwall’s first chance to hear her. We’re very grateful and look forward to working with her.

Another fine Monday in Cornwall today, must be something about Mondays as every other day in the last week has been dire weatherwise! Our final Monday rehearsal this evening, hopefully we will be then be ready for Saturday. Tickets still available via the Minack Box Office, or on the door.

Our bass-baritone soloist, Florian Störtz, has won 4 international singing competitions in the last 3 years & has been identified as a rising star by 2 major organisations supporting young talent. We look forward to welcoming him for his first performance in Cornwall. 3/3

Camilla Harris, soprano, rising star & former chorister of Salisbury Cathedral, joins us for the ethereal fifth movement of the Requiem. Audience members who attended the St Endellion Easter Festival 2023 may recall her performance there. We look forward to welcoming her back to Cornwall. 2/3

Ben is a Choral Scholar of Exeter Cathedral, a member of the Genesis Sixteen, a former chorister of St Paul’s London & former choral scholar of Portsmouth Cathedral. And he has sung the St Matthew Passion before but not in Cornwall. Tickets still available at www.minack.com/three-spires... 🧵2/2
