Cocktail Recipe:
In a shaker without ice, put:
2 blackberries
drizzle agave
muddle, then pour:
1.5 oz blackberry bourbon
1.5 oz bourbon
4 oz lemonade
1 oz of egg white (or 1 egg white)
shake, then add ice shake till cold
double strain over glass with fresh ice
garnish with a blackberry on the rim

Cocktail Recipe:

3 dashes angostura bitters
stir, strain over glass with large ice cube
light cinnamon stick
put smoker over top of glass & light apple chips
smoke for 30 seconds, remove smoker

Inspiration: Since our topic this week is covering how the entire tv show would have finished, I thought of an iconic scene at the end of the series (IFYKYK). This was my first time working with smoked cocktails, & I wanted to make sure we got the "old fashioned" vibes of smoking a pipe.
