I work in IT. I've seen the amount of women I work with go *down* greatly in the past 10 years ago.

15 years ago I worked on a team that was 50/50 men/women.

Now I work on a team of 75-100 people, and there are NO women. Not a single one at any level. (There is one person who might be trans.)
