Bayard Rustin (March 17, 1912 – August 24, 1987) was an American political activist, a prominent leader in social movements for civil rights, socialism, nonviolence, and gay rights. Rustin was the principal organizer of the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom in 1963.

...when she first got sick, but there's still plenty of room for improvement. Mental Healthcare is HEALTHCARE. We have to continue to break down barriers to treatment and encourage those who need help to get help.

I would like to dedicate my first post to my Aunt Toni who recently passed away. For the majority of my life, she struggled with severe mental health illness. I'm happy that there are more options available today than there were in 1985...
