I'm learning that a Functional food, mindset is where it's at while planning meals.
Food is Fuel, Recovery & Prevention. 💪
Personally, I was never a shake person, but when I joined the Juice Plus+ company & found 💯% clean, amazing shakes for half the $ of most others & I was all in for my health!
