Make sure you have enough PrEP and condoms to last you through the festive period.

We'll be pausing our services over Christmas and New Year so if you need any sexual health care or HIV support from us, now is the time to visit.
Christmas and New Year opening hours. Our clinic will close from Thursday 25 December, and reopen on Monday 5 January. Book in to see us before our short break at tht.org.uk/Brighton If you need sexual health services during this period, check the Brighton & Hove Sexual Health and Contraception Service (SHAC) website for their opening hours. If SHAC is closed and you need PEP, go to A&E at the Royal Sussex County Hospital.

This suggests that clade 1b m pox is spreading through community transmission, which means it is being passed on through casual contact. The risk to the UK population remains low and m pox infections are usually mild, but m pox vaccinations are still encouraged. And people who visit sex-on-premises venues.

Overdose can affect anyone, so learn to look out for the signs of overdose.
Signs include:

· falling unconscious
· very light shallow breathing or no breathing
· loud raspy ‘snoring’ or gurgling
· blue / pale lips or fingertips

Call 999 to get help.
