Its a Saturday for me
The UK event is very well attended, id wager by a decent chunck of state school teachers. Free tickets arent a barrier because they are free, if they were then cost WOULD be a barrier. I dont think the issue here is the organisers its schools not releasing staff for PD

Well no swan, no Micheal Gove and it was at the weekend, so no time off. They even have a free ticket scheme for state sch teachers to help widen audience, speakers and perspective. But yeah, sure, make up stuff about an event thats all about professional learning if thats what floats your boat 🤷🏻‍♂️

And yes… the diorama of a classroom with lily pads on the floor to demo 'nimble number jumpers' was totally unnecessary but absolutely worth it 🪷➕➖
