It's a good thing he made sure to potentially attack Jews (not sure if that was on purpose or if he wanted to contrast the "good" religious minority with the "bad" one), otherwise they would not find what he did even remotely offensive.

Vance won't divorce his wife. She'll make a blatantly cynical political conversion, just like Ayaan Hirsi Ali did.

Let's not forget the massive list of Democratic screwups in 2024. Lying to the country and saying Biden was fit to govern until his debate performance made even Democrats squirm. Muzzling Walz. The genocide in Gaza. Talking about how awesome things because of the stock market while consumers suffer.

After Kirk got shot, Republicans discovered the concept of stochastic terrorism and agreed for the first and only time that it is a real phenomenon.

Is it just me, or did this rift emerge after Charlie Kirk's death? Given that Kirk supported Israel vocally but was also a believer in the Great Replacement Theory and against the Civil Rights Act, is it possible he was keeping the groyper adjacent people with their masks on?

I repeat, what I'm saying is speculation that I don't think should be reflected in the law. But conservatives have long fantasized about shooting protesters/rioters, and Kyle had been hanging out with right wing militia. He also chose to patrol with a firearm when he had no reason to be outside.

Certainly not based on my gut instinct on his motives. In that situation, he likely did think he was in danger. It does refute the good guy with a gun narrative, though, since people in the area likely thought he was shooting them when they attacked him.

Personally, I suspect that Rittenhouse went to Kenosha with the express desire to be forced into self defense, and my evidence is the average comment section of people who like him. I morally judge him for that, but legally, I don't think he was obligated to sit there and be assaulted.

D'Souza promoted race realism and the Bell Curve in his book "The End of Racism". He sowed. Now let him reap.

I have an important question about food reviews in Eberron. For a one shot, I had "Fieri d'Ghallanda" review a new inn in behalf of the house. It was just a one off joke in an unrelated session. But for Quickstone, if I have "Ramsey d'Ghallanda" review an inn, what lines might he say?

Republicans simultaneously preach that welfare is bad and people on it are lazy, but also shame on the Democrats for causing welfare to stop.

And yeah, the Wikipedia article is a bit political, since people remember Floyd less for the man himself and more for the protests that followed his death. But the Wikipedia article doesn't try to paint him as a good or bad person. It simply says he was murdered, which is the conclusion of the jury.

Did they disproportionately vote for Trump? Because if so, there's a bit of karma right there.

Now, that's not MY view. I'm driven in no small part by social issues that affect me and people I care about, so even when I oppose imperialism, the extent of my support for Muslim fundamentalists is that I don't think they deserve to have bombs dropped on their countries.

You could make an argument either way. Islamic extremism isn't tied to the dominant hierarchy of European civilization, and more often stands against it, so you could almost say it is leftwing on those grounds. In fact, a lot of hardcore anti imperialist tankies praise Islamism on those grounds.

GRSM will be an easier target. Unlike Muslims, who are racialized and thus can depend on each other, GRSM are by their nature isolated from each other unless they seek each other out.

Maybe some malicious compliance from teachers? Teach students about the Curse of Ham and ask them to explain why Harriet Tubman is burning in Hell for disobeying Paul's clear instructions.

- He brought up the use of the Insurrection Act by Andrew Jackson, which see above.
- Additionally, he mentioned FDR, which actually is relevant since liberals and some leftists today like him. But he didn't mention the Japanese internment, probably because conservatives approve of that (Malkin).

Just to clarify, I didn't use the word "normal" as a judgement for better or worse. For most of history, illiteracy was normal. Normal is neither good nor bad.
