For a long time now, I've felt like I've had the right words in my head, but I got frustrated with myself for not acting on them. A lot of what you say about comparing myself to others and managing expectations rings true. I've taken a couple steps to change myself for the better, but I hope

You show a lot of wisdom from what you've experienced, and I appreciate how much you've shared. I can't say I've had as formative an experience as you've had, but I have been in a bit of a rut for a while. I'm making a few changes now, but I'll absolutely come back to this if I'm ever stuck again

How do you start with that first action, though? It seems a little backwards to start with the end. Genuinely curious, not trying to say it doesn't work
