La-ti-da. Well, this is my mind's after response. Neither one of us really knows what put us in the moods we were in (I was fine until she chewed me out.) So, have a little grace with the people you meet today. They may not want excuses, but you don't know why they're acting that way.

She proceeded to cut me off and tell me she didn't want excuses. Then proceeded to tell me what wasn't her job in getting my client ready for getting her hair washed. I went to sit out the appointment only to have her say to me that she lives even further out and she was half hour early.

The stylist was so snippy to me. Going so far as to tell me the OTHER caregiver gets there 15 minutes early. I tried to explain that 1. I come from Fridley, and the other caregiver lives in the same building. And 2. My client was sleeping.

Today was no different. I woke her after a short sleep in and begin to slowly get her ready. Well, thigs are going fine until I can't find her handicap hanger (is there another term for those?) Suffice to say, we were about 5 minutes late to the appointment.
