If you are leadership, you need to hear this most. My team is often the most expensive resource you have. Learn your less expensive teams the lesson of being part of the solution instead of wasting dozens of hours of your most expensive resource every single time. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

If you guessed that my team is primarily networking, correct! Everyone always blames the network until you prove definitively that it is not.

If you have network ops friends, you can be a fucking hero by simply considering looking at your app/system for symptoms that may help troubleshoot.
