I wanted to, maybe not root for him, but at least be okay with him winning, and he just wrecked all hopes of that. It's not even his fault, I'd say McLaren is more at fault for not supporting him properly, whether that required better media training or psychology. I do hope he comes back better.

I'd venture to say it's even been kind of sad, tbh. Lando wants to be relevant in this fight so badly, he's kind of fucking himself over long term for attempted short term gains.
My perfect WDC standings at the end of this is for Charles to actually jump Lando in the standings for 2nd, tbh.

Would also probably be way less... whatever the heck is/was happening between Lando and Max this year... More... Polite? Respectful? Even though they'd still be aggressive on track, I think they could keep it clean.

Oscar is learning from the best at least then XD He's been having to contend with Charles' tyre management often. Hopefully that means he's at least learning a lot from the experiences!

Landover 😭😂 I can't wait til he sorts out tyre management too. I don't know if Baku counts since he stuck himself in clean air to make it easier but alas. It was definitely a step in the right direction. He's certainly not about to pull a Charles on anyone with his tyres yet though.

I want to see Lando lose the fight so bad. But Oscar probably still needs more experience unfortunately.
