Eh ik, did therapy the rest now is on my own, some things just won't ever go away or be less painful sadly but I'm fine at this point, especially when I had to face said demon for my sister it's a whole story but yeah. On top all that I'm rocking the autism build lol so overloading my sensory is fun

Because my head will fabricate random noises or voices even though no one said nothing. Idk but I understand the feeling all to well sadly it's just smn I don't talk about bc I don't have anyone really who can relate to the feeling

I get that, mine is like if I am dreaming it's basically reliving the whole experience and when I do sleep I like feel nothing, it's weird... Hard to explain but my psychology is basically f*cked sense I was like 6, I just constantly hear things that ain't there and silent rooms drive me insane

😭 I have some knolage of such things but it's nightmares and kinda killed the "dream" part of my brain due to sheer trauma and stuff-
Mine is just what I'd call "Passive demon" it's around in wake and sleep for me sadly
