My biggest gripe when I was in the alpha before was the amount of lag and rubber banding that would occur, how much have you guys improved on these things since the first alpha? Is there any noticeable lack of responsiveness and will it improve still?

The only thing that should be mandatory is educating yourself and your kids on what it means to transition. Understanding the risks and the benefits is the most important thing.
