one time I was on Grindr at 5 am just halfheartedly and this guy I had spoken to went in on me because he saw me on it at like 1 am and he asked if I had gotten done "whoring myself out for the night" and it's like brother. I just have insomnia

learned that as I was on my way to the ED my manager was already downplaying the work stress part to everyone :) and being like "well you can't say for sure what's causing it" even though the emts asked and I said this job is killing me

I think in other jobs when they've done this to me and affected my health this severely I've just quit and moved on but I really love what I do and I love being able to help patients and I'll be damned if I let management kill me
