Absolutely nothing wrong with that! I support any sort of fitness that drives someone, but I always support cardio the most. If I had to choose between weights and cardio, I would do cardio.

Thank you! It's one I've adapted to my own needs, and cycle the main lifts over heavy, rep, and explosive veriations over a progressive 9 week period.
