Well they've got AI generation tools built right into the platform so it's not much of a surprise that they'd be fine with "traditional" art thievery as well 😆

I'd definitely say a little of column A and a little of column B. I've personally seen rando accounts posting other people's stuff that's from other sites (even sometimes stuff that doesn't seem to be publicly available elsewhere) most of the time uncredited bc of course 🙄

That's fair. I guess I didn't really have anything to lose leaving Twitter as I never really had any numbers in the first place (and the ones I did have were just there for whenever I posted stuff about the funny blue train)

I wouldn't say I wouldn't care if you left. But I also wouldn't want you to keep yourself somewhere you feel uncomfortable.
If you can take a break without fully closing the door then I'd say that's the best option.
And if people are deliberately hurting you then they're not nice people. Fuck them.

I can definitely understand your reasoning for wanting to distance yourself. My connection to the show has always been more to the fictional universe and niche groups more so than the fandom as a whole so I've not really experienced much drama directly, but I know that people will be people
