The Constitution limits the power of monarchs and rich feudal lords--folks like Republicans.

Not really surprised (for all sorts of reasons) by the Pam Bondi pick to replace Gaetz as Trump's AG nomination.

However, I do find it fascinating that Trump seems to feel his AG *must* come from Florida. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but it sure feels like he owes somebody something.

Yes, they're going to happen. It doesn't matter if it's illegal or unconstitutional. All that matters is whether enough soldiers will follow his orders.
