Wellington sold the Rembrandt. You see he could no longer keep up the charade of having, when in fact, and for quite some time now, he had not. Indeed if the Rembrant had to be sold, then today was as good a day as any. And do you know what feels better than a Rembrandt? Cold hard cash & solvency.

Juliette enjoyed her walk through the arts district. She had discovered, among other things, a huge sculpture of the full moon, and she had sampled honey ice cream with pistachios for the first time. Her favourite cartoon played 🧜🏻♀️ and there had been much to be thankful for in this Thanksgiving 🦃.

Anastasia has learned not to be disappointed with the often self serving behaviour of others because as time has gone by she has come to realise that there is no reality in this existence where we could all live in and uphold the values of a meritocracy. The phrase fool me once comes to mind.

Kenneth had languished for much too long now. Very few understood quite how difficult it was for him to be without a purposeful project. To be without a raison d'etre. You see his tea blending business had to close for reasons beyond his control at the time, and yet still no new prospect had arrived
