They have to find a place to put all of their explosive wealth, where it will not depreciate. The rich are an economy unto themselves, buying and selling to one another to evade as much taxes as possible. It is a game to them. How much can I gain before I die? They care nothing of our troubles.

My problem is mainly, he has tonight through Wed night to thaw. I thought I'd pack him with the butter and THEN do the dry brine over 12-14 hours. Do I leave the brine on or rinse? Will this be a shitshow or will it work? 😂

Thank you for answering! I think I am missing a step, though. I was under the impression that I am supposed to leave the brine on! (I watched the video that was in the OP). The skin looks very TAUT and I thought that maybe after brining, I wouldn't be able to get under the skin without ripping it!

I have never brined a turkey before, but am thinking about doing it this year (dry). Can I still incorporate my previous method of seasoned butter under the skin of the breast? And does brining mean I will need to continually bast? Welcome any answers !
