If you’re into kung fu movies, most of the Venom Mob films are fun. Crippled Avengers is my fave.

I couldn’t find it, but there’s an episode of Real People that features a grandmother who practices karate. It’s stuck with me for decades because she would scream “yosh!” When she threw a punch and my brother and I started calling king fu movies (à la Black Belt Theater) “yoshers.”
