would be great if animation and video games weren’t being run into the ground by the same type of guys

in Korea the throwing wheels are priced the same but everything else is insanely cheap for incredible quality!! even novices aren’t given crap shit to break quickly while learning, it’s all stuff that with care can last years

man i love throwing traditional Japanese tableware shapes that are highly flared and angular - it’s FUN to see that tight nearly flat angle spin and your clay being even a touch off centre is EXTREMELY obvious

I’m doing ongoing monthly studio membership with my pottery teacher and she holds standard multi week classes at the same timeslot (wise imo) and the 2 new students have big Born After 2005 energy and i will confirm next week then subsequently turn to ash and dust
